Prior to founding Streamline Development Partners, Joe spent over a decade in the commercial real estate industry. He started his career in Washington, DC with a boutique real estate firm before moving to Oxford, Mississippi and serving as vice president and associate broker of a commercial real estate brokerage company. Joe transitioned to the development business in 2016 with a regional firm sourcing deals in the southeast. Through his geographic coverage and brokerage experience, Joe brings a unique perspective to the development sector having worked on deals in 7 states and the District of Columbia. His primary focus while in the brokerage industry was the sourcing and participation in development deals.

Joe has experience with single tenant build to suits, preferred developer programs, and the planning and development of multi-tenant centers. Joe has worked on over 40 build to suit and retail developments around the southeast.

Joe holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from The University of Mississippi as well as an MBA. Joe currently resides in Oxford, MS with his wife Summer and daughter Penelope.
