Sarah has spent just under a decade immersed in the commercial real estate development industry where she has honed her ability to envision, organize and execute. Prior to joining Streamline Development Partners, Sarah worked in a boutique commercial development company specializing in the development of retail properties for growing regional and national tenants. Sarah has helped lead the land development process in 260+ projects throughout the southeast including site identification, due diligence, financial analysis, design team interface, the entitlement process and the construction of more than 168,000+ SF of retail space. Sarah received her graduate degree, Master in Business Administration, from the University of West Florida and resides in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
